Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery Service
All orders in the WOWWOW9 will be delivered by SF Express and other courier companies. Customers can discuss with us via email if there are any requirements regarding delivery arrangements before the ordering. We will do our best to meet customer requirements.

Delivery fee
Free shipping to both local residential and commercial addresses on purchases over HKD$500 in WOWWOW9. If the customers want to choose self-pickup at SF Express stations or EF lockers, please contact us after placing the order. 

If the order is less than HKD$500 for a single purchase, HKD$40 of the shipping fee will be charged when placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery
The package will be dispatched promptly once the order is confirmed.Most orders will have arrived within 3 to 5 working days.

*If the customers fail to receive the package within 7 days after the package is shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds 
You are welcome to return your item(s) only when there are defects within 7 days of receiving your order for refund or return. You must notify us of a return within 3 days of receiving your parcel via email to: info@wowwow9.com

Please allow us up to 2 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return - we will send you the relevant returns address to make your return. 

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition. We cannot accept return items where there are NO defeats under any circumstance. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked/dirts will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

- Order Name
- Order Number 
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.
